Who We Are
Mantle Developments was formed in 1994 by three partners who came together to pool their experience, combining excellence in design, highly skilled craftsmanship, construction and attention to detail. Twenty five years on our philosophy is still to exceed our customers expectations and ensure that every Mantle Home is built to a superior specification.
Lee Clemson
Director
Lee is a founding partner. He’s responsible for land acquisition, planning, finance, product specification, sales and marketing.
Mark Micallef
Director
Mark is a founding partner. Mark’s responsibilities include; construction site management, contract management, personnel, trouble shooting, health and safety, after sales and customer care.
Fred Clemson
Former Director
Fred was the third founding partner and is now retired, while we miss working with him day to day, he passed on his considerable knowledge and experience to our team.
